The Wheelchair Assist Patient Transfer Platform is the perfect addition to any wheelchair user™s home or caregiving facility, providing users with the ability to get in and out of their wheelchairs without assistance. This strong, 30 x 30 platform features firm support grips and an optional pivot assist disc to help users with difficulty pivoting their feet easily transfer themselves. Non-slip handle covers enable firm stability as well as a more comfortable grip while allowing users to maintain independence.

To use, simply roll the front wheels of your wheelchair onto the base platform and then lock the wheels. Place your feet either on the base platform or the pivot disc depending on your model choice. To rise, grab hold of the hand rails and lift yourself to a standing position and then either pivot your feet or use your upper body to pivot the turning disc so that your back turns toward your landing surface (bed, chair, etc.). Now you can freely sit down at your desired destination.
